Sharing Session of Lingnan University – Chow Tai Fook Student Exchange Scholarships
Thirty-four Lingnan students were awarded the Lingnan University – Chow Tai Fook Student Exchange Scholarships that supported them in participating in exchange programmes to overseas countries or Mainland China for one semester in the 2015/16 academic year. These programmes helped students enrich their academic knowledge and achieve quality whole-person education through overseas experience.
The University arranged a sharing session on 6 April, with Mr Matthew Lee, Project Manager and Ms Irene Ng, Project Assistant, representatives of Chow Tai Fook Charity Foundation attended. They showed their appreciation to students who had availed fully of the exchange opportunities and joined and made contributions to social services in both overseas and local communities.
The Lingnan University – Chow Tai Fook Student Exchange Scholarships were established in 2014 with a total donation of HK$3 million, made in three consecutive years, to support students who had taken part in community services and with good academic performance to go on exchange.
