Lingnan University and Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics conclude strategic collaboration agreement

The Centre for Public Policy Studies (CPPS) of Lingnan University and China Institute of Regulation Research (CIRR) of Zhejiang University of Finance and Economics signed a strategic collaboration agreement at Lingnan’s campus on 3 December.
 
The collaboration agreement aims to promote close cooperation between the two parties on competition policy and government regulations research.  Under the agreement, CPPS and CIRR will collaborate in research, organise conferences and workshops, and arrange postgraduate exchanges especially in the areas of competition policy and regulation.  
 
The ceremony was officiated by Prof Wang Junhao, Dean of CIRR and former President of Zhejiang University of Finance & Economics and Professor Lin Ping, Director of CPPS.  Prof Wei Xiangdong, Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences of Lingnan University who delivered a welcome speech, witnessed the agreement’s signing together with some 20 faculty and students.  At the research seminar after the ceremony, Prof Wang Junhao presented his researches related to the topic “Government Regulation in Mainland China: Challenges and Strategies” and conducted academic exchange with teachers and students of Lingnan on the subject.
