About OCPA

The Office of Communications and Public Affairs is responsible for advancing the vision of Lingnan University to excel as an internationally recognised liberal arts university distinguished by outstanding teaching and the highest standards of scholarship through core services such as event management, media liaison and production of publications. We also manage the Student Ambassador Programme and sale of souvenirs, and arrange campus visits for guests.

a) Event management – organise public relations activities, communications programmes and events for publicity

b) Media liaison – issue media releases, organise media briefings/conferences, handle media enquiries, and maintain contacts with the media and a Directory of Experts

c) Publications – produce publications (e.g. Bulletin, Chronicle and Annual Report) and online information (e.g. e-news and corporate videos) to communicate the latest developments and achievements of the University
