The Office of Institutional Advancement and Alumni Affairs is responsible for managing the institutional development and alumni affairs of the University. It consists of the Alumni Affairs Team and Development Team:

• The Alumni Affairs Team is responsible for producing publications (e.g. Lingnan Connections, Alumni E-news) for the alumni, organizing events and activities for the alumni, and maintaining relations with the alumni associations and organizations.
• The Development Team is responsible for planning and organizing fundraising programmes and activities, identifying and contacting the donors including major donors, and organizing recognition ceremonies for the donors.
