New Horizons in Education is intended as a bilingual [English and Chinese] forum to stimulate and enhance professional development and practice in education. We publish papers that speak directly to practical school and classroom concerns as well as articles that are based on systematic inquiries into educational issues and practices. We also report studies of new developments and innovative ideas tried out in schools. Subscribers of our journal include teachers and educators, kindergartens, primary and secondary schools, and university libraries. Readers from 130 different countries and 711 universities around the world can also access our journal by internet.
