Motion Picture Shows
In the Motion Picture Shows screening series, two movies focusing on artists’ lives explore some of the creative processes behind contemporary music and traditional Cantonese opera. Ryuichi Sakamoto: CODA traces the musical journey of the renowned Japanese musician and master composer. My Way documents the story of two male dan (male performers playing female lead roles) in Cantonese opera.
