To facilitate better use of the University Campus for promotion of student activities, the guidelines governing students' publicity activities and usage of communal areas are as follows:

Submission Methods

By E-mail

  • save completed application form together with all the necessary supporting documents in PDF format;
  • send to osa@LN.edu.hk at least 3 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) before use of the venue.

In person

  • bring the hardcopy of completed application form together with all the necessary supporting documents to Office of Student Affairs during office hours;
  • bookings should be made at least 3 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) before use of the venue.
