Data Repository System for TPg Programmes

In response to the University’s commitment to using data for informed decision-making, ITSC has developed the Data Repository System for TPG programmes. This is phase 1 for TPg programmes only and has been launched on 30 September 2021. This system facilitates TPg Programme Officers to input relevant data and generate summative figures (tables) automatically for preparing the Annual Programme Report.

Besides capturing data and generating reports, ITSC has leveraged Microsoft Power BI to build a series of Business Intelligence Reports to present analytical findings on admission and progression statistics in reports and dashboards. These reports provide insights that inform the University's strategic and tactical business decisions.
