Bureaucracy, Its Reform, and Economic Growth
The lecture will attempt a better understanding of bureaucracy guided by the economics of incentives and organisations, emphasising the need for a closer connection between the design and implementation of policy, and suggesting some reforms for developing countries that wish to sustain growth and progress to and beyond a middle-income level.
