Lingnan Institute of Further Education (LIFE) is the self-financing arm of Lingnan University providing various full-time academic and part-time continuing education programmes, including Postgraduate Diploma, overseas top-up degree, Associate Degree, Higher Diploma, Diploma, Diploma Yi Jin and other Lifelong and professional education programmes to meet the diverse learning needs of society. Applications are now invited for the following post:

The appointee is expected to (a) provide administrative support and counter services; (b) assist in data entry, filing and clerical duties, and (c) perform any other administrative duties as assigned. The appointee will be required to work on fractional part-time basis (27 hours per week) or part-time hourly basis (18 hours per week). Working on Saturdays and irregular hours will be required when necessary.
Applicants should have (i) completed secondary education, applicants with an associate degree or higher diploma or equivalent are preferred; (ii) a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); (iii) and a high level of competence in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Chinese word processing. Applicants should be hard working and reliable with good manner and good communication skill. Applicants who are immediately available are highly preferred. Fresh graduates are also considered.
Salary and Benefits
Commencing salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
