In the new issue of Lingnan Chronicle, readers can understand more about the University’s new brand campaign under the brand tagline “Liberal Arts Education‧Transformation For Life” and the key brand attributes. The highlights of events to be organised in celebration of the University’s golden jubilee are also shared.
Other interesting stories on research and teaching include the Knowledge Transfer project by Prof Lau Chi-pang of Department of History on the history of toys made in Hong Kong, and the Service-Learning project by Prof Mark McGinley, Director of Core Curriculum and General Education which extended the fun of science from campus to the wider community. Prof Emilie Yeh, the new Chair Professor of Visual Studies, also shares her passion for Asian cinema.
