Lingnan receives two Triple Gold Awards in Web Accessibility Recognition Scheme

Lingnan University has obtained two Triple Gold Awards under the Web Accessibility Recognition Scheme 2018/19 for the adoption of accessibility design in both the University website and mobile application at the 1st Award Presentation Ceremony on 26 June. The Triple Gold Awards are awarded to website or mobile application that have received Gold Awards in the past three consecutive years.

 

This year, the Web Accessibility Recognition Scheme is organised by the Hong Kong Internet Registration Corporation Limited (HKIRC) and co-organised by the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer (OGCIO) while the Equal Opportunities Commission (EOC) serves as the independent advisor.   The Scheme aims to promote the adoption of accessibility design in websites and mobile applications by enterprises and organisations.
