Extensive research makes LU one of the Top 10 universities in Greater China in THE Impact Rankings 2022
In the latest Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Rankings 2022, LU is ranked third in the world for “Quality Education”, and in the Greater China region, covering the Mainland, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau, LU is in the Top 10 overall impact rankings, and comes 6th for SDG 8 “Decent work and economic growth", which promotes inclusive and sustainable economic growth, employment, and decent work opportunities for all.
As well as in governance and practice ensuring students’ and employees’ well-being, health and work-life balance, and knowledge transfer and engagement projects for society at large, LU scholars conduct a wide spectrum of research and studies, ranging from stress management, psychological health, working conditions, and leadership, to labour welfare, in order to address SDG 8.
