Launch of term-end CTLE Administrative System

ITSC is pleased to announce the launch of a new Term-end CTLE Administrative System in March 2021 to assist academic departments to manage the term-end CTLE processes. The system includes multiple features, such as a function to delegate to assistants by the department head to perform CTLE tasks; an interface with a list of courses for users to confirm the course-offering unit; a function to allow departments to monitor the survey response rate; a function to send reminder emails to students to complete CTLE survey; and a function to extend the duration of CTLE survey, etc.  With this new system, the management of CTLE for departments are at their finger tips.
