Yuen Wan obtained her Ph.D. from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. After graduation, she was a post-doctoral research fellow in Personality Assessment Laboratory at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and Lifespan Emotional Development Laboratory at Northeastern University. Yuen Wan’s research broadly focuses on emotion, mindfulness, well-being, and personality assessment. Yuen Wan holds the certification of Hogan Personality Assessment, the Facial Action Coding System (FACS), Zentangle Teacher (CZT), Life Design Studio Training for University Educators, and the Level One training of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher Education at the Mindfulness Center at Brown School of Public Health.
