Terms and Conditions:
 

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Monthly Donation promotion campaign offered by Lingnan University ("University"). By participating in this promotion campaign, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

  1. Eligibility:
    1.1. This promotion campaign is open to new monthly donors to Lingnan University ("Donors").
  2. Offer Entitlement:
    2.1. Each Donor is entitled to receive one offer only, based on their respective monthly donation amount.
  3. Delivery Cost:
    3.1. The Office of Institutional Advancement and Public Affairs ("OIAPA") will bear the delivery cost within Hong Kong for eligible Donors.
    3.2. Donors from Mainland China and Overseas will be responsible for absorbing the delivery cost.
  4. Offer Availability:
    4.1. The offers provided in this promotion campaign are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
    4.2. OIAPA reserves the right to change or modify the offers without prior notice.
    4.3. OIAPA will contact the Donor regarding the arrangement and logistics of the offer.
  5. Image Disclaimer:
    5.1. The images provided in promotional materials are for reference purposes only and may not accurately depict the actual offer.
  6. Offer Exchangeability and Availability:
    6.1. The offers in this promotion campaign are not exchangeable for cash, credit, or other goods or services.
    6.2. The availability of the offers is subject to stock availability.

By participating in this promotion campaign, you acknowledge and agree that the University and OIAPA shall not be liable for any claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your participation or use of the offer.
 

The University and OIAPA reserve the right to revoke, cancel, or suspend this promotion campaign at any time without prior notice. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the University and OIAPA shall be final and binding.
 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the University is located.
