CIH accreditation is a prestigious recognition of the quality and standards of the MHPM programme.
The Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) is professional association headquartered in the UK, with over a century of experience and global reach, that focuses on property management and operations. It is committed to promote the science and art of property, its standards and ideals, and the training and education of those engaged in the profession of property practice.
This professional accreditation ensures the programme is continuously being held to the highest educational standards and practices. Accredited by CIH, the MHPM programme provides students with transferable skills from the classroom to a work environment, boosting graduate employability. Upon successful completion of the programme, graduates are able to pursue a wide range of careers in the property and housing sector, including property officer, housing officer, customer service officer, valuer and leasing officer.
