Lingnan University welcomed a delegation from Guizhou of China Mainland who came to visit the University and attended a professional training programme organized by the Division of Graduate Studies (DGS). Over 40 civil servants from Guizhou joined the training class lectured by Professor Ka Ho Mok, Vice President and Director of DGS. Professor Mok shared with the delegates a topic related to Governance and Management of Social Services in Hong Kong. Participants from Guizhou also shared their experiences of managing Non-Governmental Organizations in China. The professional training was well received by the participants and it is also part of Lingnan University’s strategic mission to accelerating research and impact through reaching to the wider professional community through professional training.
