Professor Ka Ho Mok is a renowned scholar in comparative policy and comparative higher education research. He conducted projects with UNICEF, World Bank, and Lumina Foundation. He organized professional and executive training programmes of higher education management for delegates from Asia, especially from China's leading universities like Peking University, Zhejiang University, Sun Yat-sen University, and University of Nottingham Ningbo.
