I am currently working as a senior operations associate in a financial research and expert network company; this multinational knowledge research firm drives intelligent investment decisions. I manage the daily logistic flow of interviews, from the pre-interview to post-interview stage. I also review and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and client engagement for the Asia team. 

While studying at Lingnan, I was exposed to diversity and culture, which every company in the world is addressing now. I was lucky to be in such a diversified learning environment as it gave me a taste of working with people from around the globe even before graduation. Teaching students how to think critically differentiates the BACES programme from other similar programmes provided in Hong Kong, where we were asked to discuss and exchange ideas in classes freely and rationally. My proudest achievement was definitely polishing my professional English language skills. Take as many opportunities as you can when you are studying!
