“In 2020, I entered LIFE during the pandemic. I must admit COVID-19 has impacted the whole schedule and arrangements of my classes and examinations. However, I’m still satisfied with the fruitful experience of my studying and hence rewarded with extra opportunities in internships. In LIFE, we share same similar venues, environments, and more importantly, events with the Lingnan University students. There were different types of events and activities for LU students (including LIFE students) to participate in. Take me as an example: I have joined the Volunteer Tutor Scheme for secondary school students, and all of the other students are from the university. Still, I shared the same opportunity with LU students and had a unique experience in the scheme. The fruitful school life has let me stand out from the candidates who also fighting for a spot in degree courses.
