Ms. Li is the Managing Director and Head of Hong Kong Office of a global metals and mining Company. Her responsibility is to oversee investor relations and corporate finance in Asia Pacific for the company. Prior to this, she was a Vice President of J.P Morgan and Nomura. She also worked as Head of Metals & Mining Research at China Construction Bank International.

Ms. Li has extensive financial expertise in equity research and corporate finance. She facilitated issuance of Panda bond and Eurobonds, as well as Sustainability-linked syndicated finance facility. She was also actively involved in many IPOs of resource companies listed on HK Exchange. She holds a Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Economics from The University of Hong Kong. She is a CESGA holder and CFA charter holder.
