Prof. Martin Yick is an Associate Professor of Teaching in the Department of Operations and Risk Management at Lingnan University. He obtained his PhD. at the University of Hong Kong (HKU). He is also a CFA charterholder and a certified holder of FRM. His research focuses on Corporate finance and risk management. In recent years, he has investigated the change of corporate capital structure and investment decisions under uncertainty.
