Introduction

By striking and rubbing the rims of the singing bowls, harmonic and overtones are generated. The participants are invited to recline on mats and listen to the healing sounds and vibration. Through immersion in the resonance of these soothing and awakening sounds made by singing bowls, participants are guided to attend to their senses and be present in the moment. The quality of peace and tranquility of the vibrations promotes deep relaxation, release of stress, balance and harmonization of mind-body, and calmness, all of which bring the effects of self-healing for wellness.

Be prepared for the workshop

  • Yoga mats will be provided, while participants are welcome to bring your own mats.
  • Please wear comfortable, breathable, and flexible clothing since participants might need to lie down during the workshop.
