What is job burnout?

Description: Time flied quickly, and it came to April in a flash. This also means that seniors will graduate soon. Some of them may continue their studies, while others will go to work. It is well known that academic pressure is high, but work pressure cannot be underestimated as well. In this episode, we have gratefully invited Prof. Francis Cheung, the Associate Professor of the Department of Applied Psychology, to be our guest and to talk about job burnout. This episode may help students in understanding the formation and characteristics of job burnout and the preventions of it. All students are welcomed!
