Juliana Yuncg obtained her Master of Arts in Survey Research from the University of Connecticut, USA. With her survey methodology background, she has conducted extensive government-commissioned consultancy research in the fields of media, housing, elder cares, tourist, youth development, women studies, family friendly policies, as well as government service and project evaluation. She also holds a Master of Arts in Integrated Marketing Communications from the California State University, USA, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Communication from the University of Macau.
