Data Repository System for RPg Programmes

In response to the University’s commitment to using data for informed decision-making, ITSC has been working with the School of Graduate Studies on developing a Data Repository System for RPg programmes. Following the launch of the Data Repository System (Phase 1) for TPg programmes in September 2021 and Phase 2 for UG programmes in April 2022, the “Data Repository System” (Phase 3) for RPg programmes has also been launched on 19 May 2023.

This RPg Data Repository System carries all the functionalities of the Data Repository System for UG and TPg and with specific requirements of the School of Graduate Studies to enable them to manage RPg programmes and their different routes of admission more efficiently. The system is now available at myLingnan Portal -> Employee > Employee Services -> Data Repository System for staff with relevant access rights granted.
