Electronic Grade Endorsement System

Following the University approval of automating the grade endorsement process, an Electronic Grade Endorsement System has been developed and successfully launched during the 2nd Term of the 2022-23 academic year. This system has been designed to enhance the efficiency and flexibility of the grade endorsement process.

The newly implemented system enables the Chairmen of Boards of Examiners (and the Heads of Departments of BBA and BSocSc Programmes) to endorse course grades online, thereby eliminating the need to sign hard copies of grade sheets. Additionally, the system provides the Chairmen of Boards of Examiners/Heads of Departments with a quick overview of the grade submission/endorsement status of all courses under their purview and the grade distribution summary of each CRN concerned.
