New KPIs of the University Accountability Agreement (UAA)

With new and revised Key Performance Indicators (KPI) of University Accountability Agreement (UAA) such as analysis of Moral Education, Social Responsibility, and Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) elements of programmes and courses, ITSC has developed new data models in the Business Intelligence (BI) System to analyze the students' participation in activities like whole person development, moral education, and programmes in promoting the SDG. ITSC also developed new BI reports visualizing the above performance indicators to the University Management.
