Lingnan athletes crowned USFHK karatedo and taekwondo champions

Chan Tsz-hin, a Year 3 student of Sociology won the Men's Kumite -67kg at the USFHK Karatedo Competition 2023/24 organised by The University Sports Federation of Hong Kong, China recently.

Lingnan athletes also performed well in the USFHK Taekwondo Competition. Chan Po-sang, a third-year undergraduate of Sports Coaching and Event Management clinched the championship in the Men’s Black Belt division (under 74kg). Additionally, Hui Wai-tsun, a first-year associate degree student studying history at Lingnan Institute of Further Education, achieved the 2nd runner-up in the Men’s Black Belt division (under 87kg).
