Four top scholars from Lingnan University are listed in the 2024 Edition of the Ranking of Best Scientists in the field of Computer Science by Research.com, while Prof Xin Yao is among China’s Top 10 scientists!

 

The ranking position is based on a researcher’s D-index (Discipline H-index), which includes exclusively publications and citation values for an examined discipline.

Moreover, Prof S. Joe Qin has been elected a member in Technical and Environmental Sciences class of the esteemed European Academy of Sciences and Arts. The inauguration of the new members took place on 6 April in Austria.

President Qin is the first scholar at Lingnan to receive this momentous achievement, alongside more than 2,000 eminent scholars and practitioners, including 32 Nobel Prize laureates, from various regions across Europe.
