Past, present and future

Instruction 說明
  1. Stand in front of the wall with the smallest circle.
  2. Review your life in the past, what were the two or three lowest moments in your life? What were the two or three peak moments in your life? Do you want to keep them all or let go?
  3. Walk towards the next wall.
  4. How would you describe your current status? Are you happy with your life?
  5. Walk towards the wall with the largest circle.
  6. Think about your future, how do you feel? What makes you have such feelings?

 

We can choose to live in the past, worry about the future or live in present. Forgive your past hurts, and don’t let your future robs your enjoyment, simply appreciate what you have today.

Yesterday is history. Tomorrow is a mystery. Today is a gift, that’s why we call it the present.

  1. 站在設有最細圓形的牆前。
  2. 回顧過去,你人生中曾經歷過的兩三次低潮是怎樣呢?而你人生中登上的兩三個高峰是什麼呢?你會想保留還是放手呢?
  3. 走向下一道牆。
  4. 你會如何形容現時的光景呢?你對現時的生活感到滿意嗎?
  5. 走向設有最大圓形的一道牆。
  6. 展望將來,你有甚麼感受呢? 是什麼原因令你有這些感覺呢?

 

我們可以選擇困在過去、擔心將來或活在當下。若能放低昔日的傷痛,不受未發生的事所牽制,就可以好好享受現時的生活。

昨天是歷史,明天是未知,今天是禮物,所以我們稱現在為禮物。
