We can motivate ourselves and increase confidence through positive self-talk, it is also an effective way to reduce stress in daily life.

  1. 回顧過去一星期所發生的事。
  2. 向自己說一些欣賞自己做得好的說話。
  3. 預計一下未來一星期將要做的事。
  4. 給自己說一些鼓勵的說話。

 

正面自我交談是一種可以自我激勵,增強信心,甚至可以減輕生活壓力的有效方式。
