Registry

The Registry is responsible for academic quality assurance, student admissions, registration, records, assessments and administration of study programmes.  Students can obtain information about their programme of studies, course descriptions, graduation requirements, academic calendar, class and examination table and examination result, etc.  from the Registry.  The office of the Registry is located in Room ADG08, G/F, Wong Administration Building.

 


Library

Library

The Fong Sum Wood Library is located on the first to the third floor of the Patrick Lee Wan Keung Academic Building.  It provides seating for over 600 users and offers a comprehensive range of study materials.  Students can access and check out materials using their Lingnan Student ID Card, and the online catalogue is accessible both on and off campus.  Additionally, electronic information services are available to all staff and students.  The photocopying machines in the library accept payment by Octopus stored-value card.

 


Information Technology Services Centre

The Information Technology Services Centre (ITSC) provides computing, audio-visual facilities and technical support services to both staff and students.  The computer laboratories, located on the fourth floor of the Patrick Lee Wan Keung Academic Building and the second floor of the Lau Chung Him Building, are equipped with laser printers.  Students can conveniently pay for printing services using cash or their Octopus stored-value card.

Teaching and Learning Centre (TLC)

The Teaching and Learning Centre offers a wide range of services to support learning and instructional needs.  These services include assistance with curriculum (learning) design, the use of new technologies for teaching and learning (innovation), and assistance with the scholarship of teaching (research).  The TLC also supports the university community in achieving excellence in teaching and learning by identifying the instructional and curriculum needs of teaching staff and participating in programme development.  They also provide services for evaluating teaching and learning, supporting and initiating strategic projects, undertaking scholarly research, and implementing a student peer mentoring system to support student learning.
